Thank you for shopping with Holycomfort. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders so you know what to expect when purchasing from our store.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within up to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we will notify you whenever possible.


Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is approximately 9 business days.

Estimated total delivery time:
10–12 business days (processing + shipping).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.


Important Information

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Severe weather conditions

  • High shipping demand

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to resend the package. However, additional shipping fees may apply.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders outside the United States or outside the customer’s region, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
