Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Include all original tags.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care or hygiene products (such as cosmetics or underwear)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

Items purchased on sale or discount may only be returned if explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original product following the return process above.
